Hi, I’m Farvin Gonsalves, the guy in the yellow jumper!

I’m a test analyst at Planit Testing, UK. I am moving from functional testing to test automation. I started this blog to record my journey and help other testers who want to make the move. I’ve been a tester for 2 years now and I want to continue learning and share my experiences with you.

When I’m not pointing out defects, you can find me volunteering in Christ the King Church, dancing Zumba, strumming the ukulele(I can play 1 song), enjoying the latest box office release and the occasional musical in London.

I’m doing my best to develop a healthy lifestyle although, I love to eat out. I try to follow Joe Wicks Lean in 15 recipes but I do have the occasional curry or sushi.

I’m a catholic and I help out with the parish youth group. I support Cafod and Mary’s Meals. I believe the world will be a better place if everyone helps one another irrespective of their beliefs.

Planit testing is a consultancy with offices in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and India. Planit is always looking for great talent so if you’re interested take a look at the jobs board here.
