Hi, I’m Farvin Gonsalves, the guy in the yellow jumper!
I’m a test analyst at Planit Software Testing, UK. I am moving from functional testing to test automation. I started this blog to record my journey and help other testers who want to make the move. I’ve been a tester for more than a year now and I want to continue learning and share my experiences with you.
When I’m not pointing out defects, you can find me volunteering in Christ the King Church, dancing Zumba, strumming the ukulele(I can play 1 song), enjoying the latest box office release and the occasional musical in London.
Currently I’m doing the 90 day SSS programme and mostly manage to complete 10000 steps a day. I’m doing my best to develop a healthy lifestyle although, I love to eat out.
I’m catholic and am pursuing the Maryvale Certificate in Catechesis. I help out with the confirmation group and am working towards revitalising the parish youth group. I support Cafod and Mary’s Meals. I believe the world will be a better place if everyone helps one another irrespective of their beliefs.
Planit software testing is a consultancy with offices in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and India. Planit is always looking for great talent so if you’re interested take a look at the jobs board here.
